Summer Core Classes — Weekly Dance Instruction
Our Summer Academy Classes are ideal for families looking for a steady, nurturing, and growth-minded experience. Whether your dancer is brand new or continuing their journey, each class provides an age-appropriate foundation led by educators who care deeply about both technique and confidence-building.
This four-week session is perfect for dancers training fewer than 3 hours per week. Classes are structured, fun, and supported by a curriculum that promotes skill development and joy in movement. At the end of the session, each dancer receives a Certificate of Achievement to celebrate their growth.

Ballet and Tap Combination Class
A joyful introduction to dance that supports motor skills, musicality, and classroom readiness. Dancers bond with a parent or caregiver while exploring rhythm and movement.

Invitational Training for Ensemble & Company Dancers
For dancers ready to advance their training, our Summer Technique Program provides focused, faculty-led classes that refine skill, artistry, and strength between seasons. These classes are offered by invitation only and are tailored to current Ensemble members, Company dancers, and select Academy students who demonstrate readiness and commitment.
Held at our West Little Rock studio, each class meets once a week for three weeks in July. Students are grouped by age and level, creating an encouraging space to grow with peers while training in technical foundations and performance precision.

Summer Session FAQs
Our summer session typically runs July 7–31. Academy Classes follow a four-week format. Invitational Technique Classes meet weekly for three weeks, and Specialty Day Camps are offered on select days in June, July, and August.
Academy Classes are weekly and curriculum-based classes designed for steady growth, skill development, and confidence.
Day Camps are one-day themed experiences focused on creativity, movement, and fun without technique progression.
Yes! Many families combine Academy Classes with one or more Day Camps. This allows for structured learning with added creativity and variety.
Not at all. Most Academy Classes and all Day Camps welcome beginners. Dancers are placed by age and supported at their level.
These classes are open to Ensemble and Company dancers and select Academy students by by faculty invitation only. If you're interested in joining our competitive teams or think your dancer may be ready, contact our team to inquire about placement.
Academy dancers should follow our class dress code (leotard, tights, proper shoes). A full attire guide is provided at registration or you can preview it here.
